Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We provide catering, event food services, and related arrangements as per the agreed proposal or contract.

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking deposit of 30% is required to confirm services

• Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Payments are non-refundable except as per cancellation policy

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details (guest count, location, timings)

• Ensure all necessary licenses/permissions (venue, alcohol serving, fire safety) are obtained

• Notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance

4. Liability

• We shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.)

• We are not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues arising from undisclosed dietary restrictions

5. Food Safety & Quality

• We maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with FSSAI guidelines

• Once food is delivered/served, responsibility for storage and further consumption lies with the client

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, menus, and marketing content are the property of TasteTrail Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
